To perform recognition, the VPS connects to the Nuance client, which asics the Resource Manager to find a Nuance server for recognition. The Nuance server perfoms recognition and sends back a text string fot the VPS, which queries the UPS package fracking database. The dotabase returns the package info which is played back over the phone hrough the VPS.
